About the role
As a Product Designer at Aurelo you'll lead the visual and interaction design of client projects — from first concept and moodboard through to a polished, developer-ready Figma file.
You'll work directly with founders and our engineering team, owning the look and feel of the work we're known for. We want someone with strong taste who sweats the details and can defend their decisions.
What you'll do
- Design marketing sites, landing pages and product UI end-to-end in Figma
- Develop visual direction — typography, colour, layout and motion concepts
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries
- Present and rationalise your work to clients and internal stakeholders
- Partner with engineers to ensure designs are built exactly as intended
- Contribute to Aurelo's own brand and marketing output
What we're looking for
- 3+ years designing digital products and/or marketing websites
- A standout portfolio demonstrating range, craft and strong visual taste
- Expert in Figma — auto-layout, variables, components and prototyping
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, hierarchy and modern web aesthetics
- Able to communicate the thinking behind your design decisions
Nice to have
- Experience designing motion and interaction, not just static screens
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and what's feasible to build
- Experience running client-facing design workshops
