About the role
We're hiring a Portsmouth-based Videographer to capture and edit standout video content — from client shoots and brand films to short-form social content that stops the scroll.
This is a hands-on, on-site role. You'll own shoots from planning to final export, working with our design and marketing team to make sure every frame is on-brand and made to perform.
What you'll do
- Plan, shoot and light video content on location and in-studio
- Edit long- and short-form video, including social-first vertical content
- Add motion graphics, captions, colour grading and sound design
- Manage equipment, footage and an organised media library
- Collaborate with the team on creative direction and storyboards
- Deliver polished content on schedule across multiple client projects
What we're looking for
- Based in or near Portsmouth and able to work on-site
- 2+ years of professional videography and editing experience
- A strong showreel demonstrating shooting and editing craft
- Proficient with Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve and After Effects
- Confident operating cameras, lighting and audio equipment
- A driving licence and willingness to travel to shoots
Nice to have
- Experience with short-form content for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
- Photography skills alongside video
- Own kit you're comfortable using on shoots
